1. Who we are?

2. Information we collect
We process account and profile details, authentication identifiers, selected video and caption data, translation and dubbing sessions, language and voice choices, playback position, quota and subscription data, diagnostics and support messages. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers or security codes.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, retrieve captions, translate text, synthesize and synchronize speech, restore sessions, manage quotas and billing, secure and improve the service, answer requests and comply with law.
4. Google, Chrome and service providers
Use of Google API information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We do not sell personal information or use extension data for personalized advertising. Necessary providers include Google, Stripe, transcript providers, Microsoft speech services, self-hosted OpenVoice, hosting, database and email providers.
5. Retention and security
Account and service data is retained while needed to provide TubVox or meet legal obligations. Temporary transcript, translation and audio caches may prevent repeated processing. We use HTTPS, access controls, password hashing and restricted production access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. International processing
TubVox and providers may process information in the United States and other countries using legally recognized transfer safeguards where required.
7. Your rights
Depending on location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or export and withdraw consent. You can update or delete your account, clear extension storage and manage subscriptions. We may verify identity before responding.
8. Cookies, children and changes
TubVox uses local storage and similar technology for authentication, preferences, restoration, security and core operation. The service is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable digital-consent age. Material policy changes will be communicated where required.
