Terms of Service
Terms governing the TubVox website, Chrome extension, AI dubbing service, accounts, subscriptions and acceptable use.

1. Agreement and provider
TubVox is provided by Cplus Media LLC. Installing, registering, purchasing or using the service means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Service
TubVox retrieves available captions, translates text and generates synchronized speech. It is independent from Google, YouTube, Microsoft, Stripe and model providers. Features, languages, voices and availability may change.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract, provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorized access. Accounts may not be multiplied to evade quotas or enforcement.
4. Acceptable use
Use is licensed for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not violate law or third-party rights, circumvent controls, resell or disrupt the service, automate abuse, impersonate others or use generated voices for fraud, harassment or deception.
5. Third-party content
You retain your rights in submitted information and grant the limited processing rights required to operate TubVox. You are responsible for rights to selected videos and captions. TubVox does not grant rights to third-party content.
6. AI limitations
Translations and voices may be inaccurate, incomplete or delayed. Do not rely on TubVox for emergency, medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions. Exact synchronization, uninterrupted availability and compatibility with every video are not guaranteed.
7. Billing
Prices, intervals, minutes and taxes are disclosed before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Stripe charges the approved payment method. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
8. Suspension and intellectual property
Access may be limited for material breach, nonpayment, abuse, legal or security risk. TubVox software, branding, design and technology belong to Cplus Media LLC or its licensors.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubVox is provided as is and as available. Liability for indirect damages is excluded, and aggregate liability is limited to the greater of USD 100 or fees paid during the prior 12 months, where legally permitted.
10. Law and contact
Delaware law governs without regard to conflict rules, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Delaware courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory law allows otherwise. Contact [email protected] and attempt informal resolution for 30 days before filing a claim.
